Every weekend morning we make Johnny cake cornbread.  It's a little sweeter than regular cornbread and maybe not as coarse.  It's lovely on its own, with butter or with jam, it's taken to a whole new level.  Also great with soup instead of biscuits or crackers.  We have them available Saturday and Sunday mornings by 11:00 am.
